We love DD's Jelly Donuts. So I thought Y not make Jelly Muffins. MY son is my special helper whenever I make Muffins. SO we decided to make Mini Muffins as it was a holiday due to a snow storm.
I use my regular pound cake rec which is at;

For the jelly part I used Rasberry Preserve which I had on hand, You can use any jelly/jam. When you put the batter in the muffin pan add one small tsp of The jelly in the center and bake @ 350F for abt 10-12 mins. Mini Muffins take less time to bake so keep an eye when you are baking them. Do bake some and njoii with your loved ones
